Hercules has finally joined the ranks of cities to have a public library. This state of the art building will not only be used as a research facility, but also provide after school programs, a heritage garden, and an art gallery. The unusual roof design, along with the atrium, gives this library a distinctive look. Plumbing systems, on the other hand, were fairly straight forward.
