San Ramon Valley Center

Contractor: SJ Amoroso

Part of the Contra Costa Community College system expected to support 6000 students.  Lescure participated in construction of the Central Plant and East and West Wings of the Educational Building.  Laboratory classrooms were included, requiring an extensive acid waste system, glass p traps and arms for sinks, and laboratory gas distribution.  East and West Wings are two stories each.
