Ground up construction of a brand-new city hall, including the full design of the plumbing system.
The San Pablo City Hall project involved a coordinated design build process that had Lescure Company working alongside Overaa and other subcontractor companies to build this new administrative center. The project included design and installation of the buildings Plumbing System including underground sanitary sewer and storm drain connections all overhead plumbing systems including natural gas. This project required heavy coordination between Lescure C. Overaa & Co., McGrath Electric Inc., Bay City Mechanical, ironwood Commercial Builders, Western States Fire Protection and Wimmer Excavating.
Working with our partners General Plumbing Supply, Keller Pluming Supply, Cresco Equipment Rentals, West Coast Mechanical Insulators and Bennett Marine this project is expected to be completed in March 2020.
